Jacuzzi was more of a hot tub. Room was smaller than expected. Parking lot had many pot holes(although a sign did say it's being redone tomorrow). Room needs to be painted, floors were dirty. Wifi is spotty. Seems the room needs better ventilated. But the bed and pillows were comfortable, the blankets were kind of thin and scratchy.

The room was DIRTY and STINKY. Not only it smelted cigarettes but a combination of different unpleasant odours. The walls were DAMAGED and CRACKED. There was literally a crack as big as a someone's kick or foot. The stairs, door and washroom were also cracked/torn down. I was with my two year old kid and as soon as I turned on the tv. EXPLICIT channel/content was playing. The place doesn't deserve to be even listed on booking sites or app as Expedia. They receptionists was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for a refund and they refused. Please be aware of these type of sketchy motel or inns that are being listed. It literally doesn't deserve a rating. They are just scammers!

Did not like the shady people that seemed to be hanging around the direct vicinity of the motel.

Dear Mr Austin, As stated in the policies of Expedia, we need a valid ID upon check in to validate the reservation and the credit card. You drove a car and did not have a drivers license or any form of ID, therefore we could not identity you.
