Very comfortable stay. Although an older style hotel, the facilities are great and staff are very attentive and helpful. Exceptional location for easy access to McGill and downtown area.

We were amazed about the number of traffic cones and dangerous paving around the property which was quite a walk from most Montréal sites

The staffs are easy to talk to, very professional and they show kindness and concern on their guest . The only thing I don't like is outdated carpet and smell of it! The room needs to be more appealing in terms of the smell of the room, the kitchen and bathroom.

We were able to walk for about 5 minutes to a grocery shop Prodigo (?) and bought some Canadian snacks, which is on my to-do list. On the way, however, we can see some houseless people on the street. I know this is sadly a natural thing in cities, but want to let other guests know about it. We did not have any disrespectful encounter though!

Had a nice stay. Did not care for the breakfast everything was cold Had to buy bottle water as tap water didn’t have a good smell Nice location. Was close to a lot of things

It is a friendly place to stay. The staff is always very welcoming. The rooms are spotless. Good breakfast. Last but not least for us, pets are welcome.

This hotel is a great value! Each apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a kitchenette, dining area, living room and lots of storage. The furnishings are basic but comfortable, and it had a small balcony. Breakfast had an assortment of fresh food. I would definitely recommend it!

Older hotel with excellent front desk, easy parking, very convenient to McGill, restaurants and museums. One bedroom suite with usable balcony and kitchen for the price of a regular hotel room elsewhere. Free breakfast with good choices. I would stay again.

Had a lovely stay. The apartment was quite comfortable, slightly dated but very clean. Breakfast had lots of options but was a little disorganized. We were on the top floor and there was some sort of vent noise all night but we didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our night. Wish we had booked for longer, hopefully we will be back :)

Great place to stay for families! Daily breakfast was good & the pool was wonderful. Our suite was lovely, though it never got totally warm so we had some cold nights while sleeping. The parking garage stressed me out became the spaces were so tight. But overall, it was great!

Overall pleasant stay, very clean, surprisingly quiet for being downtown Montreal. The Metro was a couple blocks away, bus out the front door and Uber was easy to get. Also, very friendly staff.

Everything was great. Staff were great, free breakfast was great.close to everything. You can do coin laundry. Didn't use it, but pool looked nice. One thing to complain was sth was wrong with the heat in the room, cause it wouldn’t heat up. They must have known about it because maintenance brought an electric heater asap.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of major areas. The staff is friendly and professional, and the room is a spacious suite that is perfect for families. However, it's worth noting that the hotel's décor is outdated, and the complimentary breakfast is not up to par. There is not much hot food available.

The property is well situated, can walk everywhere. Close to a pharmacy and grocery store. Metro station neir by. I love the breakfast. Bed is very comfortable. Rooms with s full kitchen and supplies.

Clean hotel, well managed with a good pool. Only issue I had was the mattress was extremely hard. I would recommend taking a bed cover with some padding with you.
