After 10 pm, you can't nothing. No food no drinks not even a vending machine. Rooms are average. If you are used to living a spacious life style, forget it. They all are same room sizes. They did comp me. But overall, I think this was not my type of hotel for a Hyatt.

Enjoyable stay. Excellent food and service at the restaurant. Rooftop pool was a bit warm but very spacious compared with most pools attached to hotels. About the only issue I encouraged was the wifi internet service which tended to be slow-loading for video, not sure if this was because of incompatible filters / VPNs or hardware issues. If I were to visit the Old Port again, this hotel would be on my shortlist.

The property is clean and very nice. Walking distance to lots of points of interest. I asked staff for extra towels and never got them. Even after I gave them 45 minutes, i called to check the status and they totally forgot my request and there was no sense of ergency

Great location, really good food in the restaurant and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly! Parking for the hotel was convenient although should be included in room cost not extra but that is always the way with big cities! For the cost of three nights, I personally think it should be included it would be a perk for sure. Enjoyed our stay!

Property was normal. However a domestic dispute woke up up at 5am for an hour three cops had to come and arrest the people right across hall from us. Due to this we slept awful and only received a $25 compensation.

Most noteworthy: the staff! Everyone from the front desk to the bar to the car valet was fantastic. Even our housekeeper was pleasant. Everything was so clean. The food was good & they were super allergy friendly/knowledgeable. The rooftop pool was very warm on a cold day—so fun! Beds were comfortable. The motion sensitive bathroom nightlight was genius. Things I didn’t love: it was hard to find because my GPS didn’t show the elevated street; the strong perfume scent of the lobby, long wait for the room (wasn’t ready until nearly 5:30); and the room wasn’t cozy (it was clean and comfortable—just not home-y). Even so, I liked it a lot!

This is my second time staying here. Once again I enjoyed my stay . Very clean and the convenience of parking in the garage for a reasonable price with in and out privileges is a plus in my book .

This hotel was wonderful for visit to Montreal with teen daughter. All staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The room is modern, clean and quiet. Reception and Restaurant staff are lovely. Five minute walk to old town Montreal, which has many charming historic buildings. Views from pool on the roof are spectacular.

My boyfriend and I decided to visit for a 2 night 3 day quick trip and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and there are so many things within walking distance to do. They also offer parking in a parking garage which was nice and convenient. The staff was super friendly and patient. We will definitely be coming back for my birthday!

Property was nice and modern. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and modern. Only stayed one night so hard to rate the area. Restaurant food was very good. Only downside - there weren’t a lot of signs and it wasn’t obvious where to park.
