Need to have better control of there guests.
The room is comfortable and I have no complaints about that. Very clean, good temperature control. The last night of my 4 night stay there was a loud family across the hall. I needed to get some sleep early because I had to get up at 4:30 to catch a early train. Because of the noise I only fell asleep around midnight. The other issue was a couple downstairs that let there dogs run around outside for hours. This made it impossible to exit through the closest door to me and I would have to walk to the front of the hotel (middle exit was closed at least 1 day for painting) to exit the building. Also, the dogs running around in the parking lot almost got hit by a car twice that I saw. There is no security in the hotel and the lady at the front desk in the evenings just sits there and acts grumpy.
