The Space:
Let us see to the details while you lounge by the waterfall pool. Fully staffed, relax outdoors around the barbecue and pool area, or inside the grand kitchen. To make your stay more enjoyable we include our Chef who provides daily breakfast. We also offer lunch and dinner provided by our Chef for a nominal fee. For special celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries etc. we also have a special buffet menu. Stress-free arrival: We provide hassle-free airport transfers with our own transportation, getting you to your vacation quickly. There’s no shortage of Caribbean charm in the villa’s polished floors, high ceilings and beautiful doors. The living and dining rooms are spacious and comfortable, with sleek modern furnishings enlivened by beautiful art. The cozy family room, with its built-in speaker and home theatre system, is a more intimate space to read or watch movies. This luxury estate also features its own exercise room.

The Villa has three bedrooms with 3 luxury King beds, one bedroom with one king and one single luxury bed and one bedroom with two double beds. All five bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, televisions, and sitting areas. The Suite (bedroom 2 in pictures) is an upgrade at an additional cost per night if requested. The suite (6th room) has its own private balcony and is not a regular-sized bedroom it also has its own bar area etc.

Lunch and Dinner meals can be ordered and paid for from our onsite menu for our Chef to prepare, prices vary based on the dish ordered.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to amenities on site. Breakfast is also included.

The Neighborhood:
Located in an affluent area of Montego Bay. We are just 7-10 minutes away from the Sangster International Airport, 4 minutes away from the Whitter Village Shopping area, Restaurants, Casino and also 5-10 minutes away from beaches. An emergency hospital the (Hospiten) is just about 10 minutes away.
