I liked how clean the property was, the accommodations they were able to make for my birthday and the shuttle to the airport as well as the shuttle to the shopping nearby.

The Hilton Rose Hall is smaller than some of the other hotel where I’ve stayed. However the staff was very courteous and the property was clean and well kept. Our room was clean, welcoming and gave a very beautiful view of the mountain and sea. Our bed provided a very comfortable sleep.

If you are considering this property and it is in your budget GO. People are going to complain about everything always. I chose not to listen to some of the bad reviews and LOVED it. Clean, friendly, accomadating, waterpark, kids activities, adult activities, water slides, drinks, plenty of food options. Pay that deposit and go!!
