“Giovanni was such an exceptional host! Communication was superb, he was very responsive to my text messages. The apartment was really lovely! It was very clean & had plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was exactly what we needed prior to leaving on our cruise.”

“The apartment was relatively clean, well stocked, and the 2 queen-sized beds were comfortable. Short walk to cruise port shuttle pickup. No AC, but there are floor fans and windows in every room that open (some only partially). Full kitchen, laundry units, nice walk-in rain shower plus second bathroom with tub. Downside was lack of instructions. Even though I completed the "fast check-in" online, I did not receive any specific entrance instructions. I had to call the property manager's phone……

“Bella struttura, in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima vista sul mare. Un villaggio adatto alle famiglie e anche agli animali, qui accolti volentieri. Al check out ci hanno anche rilasciato una borsetta con gadgets per il nostro cane. Ha una bella piscina e campi sportivi per chi vuole giocare a basket e a tennis e un tavolo da ping pong. Noi siamo stati 3 giorni e la posizione del villaggio è buona per andare andare a visitare i posti nei dintorni. Il mare purtroppo si raggiunge solo in……

“Wir haben uns für diese Location entschieden, weil sie uns auf Anhieb zusagte. Die Preisleistung und die tollen Rezessionen haben uns bestätigt. Doch als wir dort ankamen war es alles noch besser und schöner als auf den Bildern. Elisabetta und Marco sind Herzens gute und liebe Menschen. Italiener halt. Man fühlt sich heimisch und man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer fremden Wohnung zu sitzen. Diese ruhige und schöne Lage umher, nicht weit vom Strand ist jeden Cent wert. Ich würde mal sagen……

“Marili met us at the door and was very friendly. She thought of EVERYTHING! The apartment is very well equipped. Marili offers many other tourist related services too but we weren't there long enough to take advantage of them. Would love to go back again for a longer stay. Civitivecchia is much more beautiful than I thought it would be.”

“Wonderful apartment. Very clean and modern. Two stories with spiral staircase to bedrooms and second bathroom. A bit of a challenge getting larger suitcases up the stairs. Host very responsive and proactive.”

“The view is absolutely stunning and our time at casena moresca was truly magical. There is a sense of peace there. The house was charming and the beds were comfy. Lots of room, quite spacious for the four of us. The road is an adventure in itself but, by the time our stay was over, we were pros at navigating it. “Abgesehen, von der Hitze (es gab keine Klimaanlage), war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Mit dem Auto lässt sich die Insel wunderbar erkunden und man findet sehr schöne Badebuchten. Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung und super für die Kinder.”
