I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. Coffee shops nearby, pier and late night cocktails!"

"We stayed Nov 9-12 to play golf at a couple local courses & celebrate the Marine Corps Birthday. The check-in process was smooth, place was clean, view was tremendous, and location is perfect. Waves crashing against the sea wall 15' beneath your feet with an ocean view is the perfect setting. Only complaint is, we tried to get a guest in by leaving his name at the front gate. "I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. The weather wasn't great when we were there and were so comfortable inside playing have and watching the waves roll in. Such a great trip. Everything...
