"Very much needed relaxing weekend away. Location was great, right on the water and within walking distance of food/bar/gas station. Even a walking, running, bike path right by. Great space in which we were able to cook, watch TV, sleep in and have coffee on the porch. Would definitely stay again."

"Stay was great. Nice quiet area, yet close to some great restaurants and coffee shop. Was happy to have lights pop on when we arrive to walk up stairs in the dark. Felt like home. Only negative for us was the bed was too firm for us. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The washer and dryer are also in the basement, so anyone who has a problem climbing stairs may want to rethink this property. Price for the stay was right on par for what we got. Internet was good, lots of good movies to chose...

I had to communicate several times with the host and several days later they did bring a new oven. The other main issue was that the townhouse had mice. We thought that at first, the mouse turd was just a piece of dirt. However, when we came back from church, our bread had been chewed into and there was a piece taken out and pieces of bread...

"My friends and I stayed here over a long weekend for a wedding in Davenport, and we had the best time. The house is super cute, quaint, and quiet. Dane came right to our rescue when the front door lock wouldn't budge; he came over in less than five minutes and fixed it for us! He is the best. He graciously gave us a tour of the mansion and I cannot sing his praises enough.
