What I don’t like it’s bad communication when I said I have long hair I need more conditioner it’s because 3 of those little tubes won’t help me, you need towels the front desk has to send someone and you can see the housekeeping it’s there with everything in the car! The pool towels are limited and they are the smallest towels never see in a hotel!"
