“大牌酒店，位置好，复古风格”

“The room is small in space but it very clean. The facility is very compact. It is located outside a small street full of restaurants. You would be asked a few times to eat while you walk by. It is a short distance to walk to the major attractions, like St Sophia church and the blue mosque. It is easy to change money and take trans to get around once you are at the area of St. Sophia church. ”

“很差，房间空调一天内修了四次，酒店方面没有任何歉疚，在我们强烈要求下才换了一个同标准房间，态度是他们已经给我们换房间了，就不需要道歉。是我们住过的bestwestren最差的酒店，没有之一。”

“Great location next to Sulhane park, tram station, Sirkeci local food area and walk to or take a tram to attractions. Great breakfast. Afternoon tea available. Great service.”

“Otel merkezi konumda da ve güzel temiz ancak tekrar bu otelde kalmayı düşünmüyorum . İlk gün oda da banyo izolasyonu kötü olduğu için banyo suyu koridor a kadar çıktı . Suyu temizlemek zorunda kaldık . Ertesi gün oda değiştirildi ancak bu odanın teknik problemi bilindiği halde neden konaklama için kullandırıldı anlamadık . Otelde gece klübü olduğu için gece yarısına kadar çok ciddi gürültü vardı . Uyumak mümkün değil .”

“总体来说，地理位置，环境，服务各种满意。唯一一点因为是晚上的航班，所以上午退房后想寄存行李，市内逛一下，下午再回酒店拿。结果被问了几次几点回去，还建议我们拿着行李出去就不用倒回浪费时间。（我们每人都是一个十几公斤重的行李箱+一件不轻的行李包）。没有专门行李寄存处，是放在前台前面角落。感觉有点微妙”

“Customer service team are very friendly helpful and considerate. I should in particular mention a young man named Fatih. He is incredibly helpful and warm hearted. Fantastic four nights stay in this hotel.”

“This place is pretty good in terms of price. It is located close to the seaside and not too far to walk to the major attractions like St. Sophia and blue Mosque. The hotel allowed us to store our luggages when we arrived like 9 AM and they transfered our luggages to our room when we were back to the hotel in the evening, which was nice. The downside is their breadfast was very poor with 6 us dollars charge each person.”

“位置很好，離舊城各景點走路就能到。房間除了隔音比較沒那麼好，其餘一切都不錯，早餐也好吃”

“第一晚沒有熱水沐浴，酒店完全沒有任何通知，員工態度一般。不過酒店位置相當好，而且房間大小都合適”

“Cleanliness : The cleanliness was satisfactory. The balcony was a bit dirty but it didn't matter because it was small and you won’t walk out often. Ease of visit : We just stayed two nights and it was very easy for us to visit the attractions on the European side of Istanbul (we went through the attractions on foot). Food : Breakfast was plenty options for the food and drink, which was out of our expectations. Staff : The staff was nice and arranged the transit for us that makes our journey……

“An old styled Ottoman hotel is a short walk to major sights and lots of restaurants. Arrival is a bit bleak down alley by railway line, but inside the staff are welcoming and the rooms are fine. Small but modern bathroom. Courtyard for coffee is pleasant. No views but staff and positioning make it great value for money. It is an old and always remodeling city so this hotel is one you will remember . It is not a bland anywhere hotel.”
