Perfect Location

Great location - well-equipped
This place is super well-equipped! It felt like being at a real home. They even had ziploc bags and saran wrap, which I swear no rentals ever do. :) Oh and a cooler in the garage! Plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc etc. It felt very clean and spacious and you can't beat the location. The hot tub on the back patio was fun. The indoor pool down the street was nice to have but so.loud. in there. We all really loved this place! The only one negative is that there was not enough hot water by a long shot. The shower heads are the kind that put out a ton of water so I'm sure that doesn't help. I'm unsure if the tank is just too small for this size of unit / the two bathrooms? Or if there was a problem. The maintenance team came out to take a look but I never heard back from them. Like it was so bad that even one person couldn't take a normal length shower without the hot water running out. This is the only thing that would make me pause about booking here again. I had two ice cold showers the first two days until I insisted on being the first one to shower the last day! :) Everything else was so wonderful!

"Again" - A wonderful stay at 419 Cottonwoods

Lovely Place to Stay
The house was so clean, cozy, quiet. The property management staff was friendly and checked in to make sure all was okay. A lovely place to stay and very close to shops and restaurants. Great fenced yard for a dog too.

Great stay!
We loved staying at Scott & Sarah’s Cottonwoods home! It was perfect for my husband and son to hang out while I attended a work conference. The location is a 10 minute walking distance to Main Street and very convenient! The home was super clean and had all the amenities. Big perk is using the garage! We also loved using the hot tub at night! If you’re visiting Moab don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

Fall in Moab
My husband and I along with our dog always do a fall trip to Moab. This was by far the best home we have had the chance to stay in while in Moab. Fully stocked kitchen and all the finishing special touches. Very comfortable. The fenced yard, hot tub, and location made this fall's trip very memorable. We plan to return again next fall.

Fantastic Moab Biking Basecamp!
We chose this property as the "base of operations" for our Moab Biking Bucket-list Trip, and it exceeded our expectations! We needed space for 5 guys, a truck, and our rental bikes for 4 days of riding in the Moab area. Having a garage and a hose were high on the list of needs, as were the BBQ, a backyard with shade, and a comfortable bed for everyone. This place had everything we could possibly need and then some – they've provided many small appreciated touches, right down a cooler to bring along for after the ride, and a well stocked spice rack that we didn't know we needed until we used it for some amazing home-cooked meals! Walking distance to town was really helpful too, as it made it easy to do errands or just visit town on foot and leave the truck parked. The whole process worked smoothly with check-in and out, and the property managers were attentive and unexpectedly friendly. We would definitely book this unit again – Thanks for creating such a great oasis for us!

Great place in Moab
This is a terrific property for everyone. Singles, families or families with dogs. It’s modern, very well stocked, and very convenient to downtown Moab and only 10 minutes from Arches NP. The small, grassy fenced back yard was perfect for the dogs. I highly recommend this very nice home in Moab.

Wonderful home- very clean and very well equipped
This home was great for our family vacation in Moab. The house was very clean, kitchen was very well equipped and labeled with everything you need for prepping and cooking meals. The rooms were all very clean and also well equipped with towels , sheets, blankets, etc. The yard worked great for our dog. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Great property. Best equipped kitchen! Recommend providing instructions for operation of the spa. Unfortunately, twice we had to request property manager assistance who (very quickly) sent service technicians out to show us how to unlock and operate the spa. Your housekeepers are to be applauded. They keep this property immaculate!

Great home and location!
We were very happy with the home and the location was an added bonus. We walked in to town multiple times. The communication is very good with the property management company. We were there 10 days and the home has everything you need for an extended stay. I really can't say enough as it literally worked out perfectly for us.

The property was perfect and very well stocked (especially the kitchen, it has everything you might need). It was incredibly easy to get downtown, and it was a great base to get to all of the parks. We would definitely stay here again.
