Great condo in fabulous location !
I absolutely loved this condo! It it’s huge and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. It was super clean and the view is gorgeous. You can access the balcony overlooking the gulf from both bedrooms and the living area. We loved the gorgeous sunsets. The resort restaurant was delicious and affordable. The spa was reasonable and so relaxing. The included beach services were so convenient and the staff was super friendly. Grab this condo quick if available. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back. 5 night stay and never had to move my car! Super communication with the host. They are so friendly and accommodating. Thanks again Julie for the hospitality.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful!! We loved the area! People are soo nice and welcoming here! Met some great people! I really enjoyed how beautiful it is. The only con we had was the king size bed was not comfortable at all. But we managed!:) this place is just so nice. Very easy to get to! The owners are amazing! We really don’t have any negative comments. We will be back for sure!!

Nice view of the ocean with a large balcony, kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Enjoyed great music, 2 rounds of golf at nearby courses (we liked Links at Sandestin best), and good restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

The Views
This was the perfect condo to celebrate our 30th anniversary! The views are of the beautiful gulf to the south, Destin and the sunset in the middle, and the bay to the north all from one balcony. I had the time of my life on that balcony!

What a great place!
From the moment you drive up you know you are on vacation. The property is very well maintained with staff present cleaning, painting, and tending to the grounds (unobtrusively). The unit is lovely, spacious, and perfect for our needs! From the 12th floor we had a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the OCEAN! The walk down to the beach was nothing and chair service was easy and a great addition.

We stayed at the condo for five nights. The condo was very nice and met all needs for our stay. The starter supplies were much more accommodating than we have received through VRBO before. The complex could have had better maintenance around pool and pool restrooms.

The perfect family vacation does exist..,,
My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The communication was reliable, efficient, and prompt and that began from the time of booking until our check out. The condo is well equipped with anything you would need. The fitness center was well kept with adequate machinery. The on-site restaurant and bar is definitely a plus to this complex. The walk to the beach was easy and the option of two access points was a plus. Staying during the 4th of July did not disappoint. The restaurant had two different bonfires, a July 4th DJ, beach competitions, and you could see fireworks for miles. My family and I are already talking about staying again next year! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo! It was perfect.

Amazing place with perfect view
This is our second year straight staying at Surfside. Everything about our stay was perfect. Check in was easy and communicating with the owners was great. It was just my wife and I so there was plenty of space. The condo was very clean. And the views are amazing. We ate breakfast every morning out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. This year one morning we got to see the dolphins while eating breakfast. Can’t beat that. Everything you need is within a mile or two to drive to. The Surfside restaurant is on the first floor and has great food. The best part is the beach is right there. Walk across the street and your ready to enjoy. If your looking for a place right on the beach don’t pass this one up, you will love it.

Anniversary getaway
This was our second time staying in this condo. Our first time was 10 years ago for our five year anniversary. We were able to stay here again for our 15 year anniversary. And we plan on making this a tradition every five years. Julie and Pat are wonderful, their communication was great! And you can’t go wrong with white sands and emerald waters. Love the spacious accommodations and full kitchen and beautiful balcony. See you again in five years!

This condo is very nice, clean and specious! Great location! Easy walking to the beach and also right next to the path to run/walk along the beach. Beautiful view from the twelfth floor - I loved sitting on the balcony with my cup of coffee and a book. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts are superb!
