Lakeview condominium is located in Miramar Beach, FL. This is a small, uncrowded complex that is the perfect beach getaway for a couple or a small family of four. It is just steps across the street to private beach access and white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Miramar Beach has so much to offer in restaurants, entertainment, local attractions, and entertainment. This is the spot to get away in paradise!

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living area that has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a large flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom, and a large flat screen TV. A half bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be eserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

This is an awesome location! There is no beach view but the beach is just right across the street. This is an older complex and the exterior of the building is showing some wear and tear. However, the inside of this unit was updated and clean. I will certainly rent again

The condo was as listed. The beach access was right across the street. Going back and forth from the beach to the condo was very convenient. There is an outside faucet for rinsing off the sand. Plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Both rooms have blackout curtains which we used often. The A/C worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and well kept, as shown in pictures. They provided a lot of essential supplies that we regularly need. It is really close to the beach with a private entrance. Definitely a great place for a couple or small family like outs. Would recommend staying!

Nice, Clean, and Affordable
This condo was perfect for my husband and I for a last minute 4 day getaway to Miramar Beach. It had everything we needed to make our meals, the bed was comfortable, the condo was clean, and the parking was covered and conveniently located near the entrance and adjacent to the the Circle K where we could easily pick up water, snacks, and ice for our cooler. We were able to park his Harley and my mid sized suv in the space. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, which was a plus. We also used the beach chairs that were available, another bonus. Also, the beach access was right across the street. The balcony view wasn’t the greatest, but it was more affordable and nicer than other condos in the price range, so the view was not a deal breaker.

Great stay in Destin!
Had a wonderful stay while on a 4-day, 3-night trip to Destin. The condo is well-furnished, extremely well maintained and very clean. Zero issues with check-in or check-out, and property management was extremely responsive to questions and requests. The price for the location was perfect, as you are mere steps from the sand across the street, and the area is quiet and safe. Especially enjoyed taking a stroll down the sidewalk with the kids to get sweet treats at Dairy Queen, and the Circle K next door was handy for stocking up on beverages and snacks throughout our stay. Property management is very thorough in leaving several welcome amenities such as games (a hit with our little ones), beach umbrella, chairs, and plenty of towels if needed. Be sure to keep your laundry loads small! We found that it took two rounds in the dryer to get our laundry full dried, but that was no matter and something we expected per an earlier guest's review. Laundry detergent is provided, plenty of additional trash bags and all the kitchen equipment we needed to be able to cook meals in the unit, which was great. Overall an excellent stay with zero complaints. We will be back!

It was a neat and clean condominium. Great location, just a short walk across the street to the beach. They had a few beach supplies if you forget something. They also have a coffee maker with a Keurig option. Overall a great stay.

Highly recommend - clean, roomy with great amenities
Really nice roomy condo with great full kitchen, washer & dryer, plenty of towels, beach towels and even beach chairs and umbrella. Not much of a view and right next door to a venue who was hosting a loud party and very loud music until late Friday night, but other than that the place was fairly quiet. Very handy having reserved parking without hassle. I do believe I left behind some important skin cream though. But would definitely recommend this condo!
