Before my arrival I realized we were t going to make it by checkin, I called the hotel to let them know and the person that answered was extremely understanding. I called back to give an update to make sure they knew we were coming again he said it was fine. Once we arrived he greeted us with a smile and was very happy to help us with breakfast if we wanted. They dont have much as far breakfast but it was nice to have that option. It is within walking distance to plenty of food options as well Bayshore mall. The entire place is under renovation so it looked rough at first including the pool, the gym, and outdoor area. The room was huge but the furniture is outdated, it could have been cleaned a lot better. Our tv went out but it was replaced quickly. Our keys stopped working often but, they accommodated us each time. Towels were limited but were provided upon request and delivered in a timely manner. In conclusion once this place is fully renovated it will be an amazing stay. The owners were extremely helpful, sweet, and nice while we stayed.

Make sure to read these reviews! Their pool is under construction so not available for atleast another month and was not told until i walked in. They did try and charge me for my service dog but i argued for it ultimately realized the company didn't allow that (per la quinta policy) the staff was nice they just need more employees (like housekeepers) the room was pretty gross with the detailed cleaning. At first glance it is clean but you can tell they do not have professionals cleaning the rooms. The pull out bed was HORRENDOUSLY DISGUSTING. They said they are new to this and it definitely shows.

The overall condition of the property was sub standard. Desk chair with multiple holes, no knobs on the heat/air controls, no couch in the suite, dirty water ring on the lamp shade, dirty elevator floor, graffiti on the interior elevator door, 'smoke' smells in the rooms and halls, paint chipping on every door frame, stains on the sofa cushions, adhesive sticker residue on the dresser, missing panel piece in a dresser, no coffee and waffle dough at 7am and brickwork failing on the exterior planter, cigarette butts around the exterior and broken glass on the main driveway.

It’s unclean it smells they won’t refund you it don’t matter if you stay there or not… do not recommend this hotel as a stay in Milwaukee ever again no matter how good the pricing is… the pictures on the internet is deceiving the rooms does not look like the picture

Upon arrival, hotel was vacant looking. The paint all over the front of the building was cracked and chipping away. The plants were overgrown and or knocked over. In front guests of the hotel (I assume) were gathered in front of the entry way smoking cigarettes and weed which lofted into the main entry way/check in area. However the front desk staff was very friendly and trying her best with amount of guests she was dealing with at one time. Check in process was simple and painless. Moving on to the room….. when I walked in (as I do with any hotel bed) I check the mattress cause you never know! Anyway…. When I pulled up the sheets the mattress was bloody and moist. The pillow cases were all stained, one as if someone had vomited on it and the stain didn’t come out. The others were covered in a thin layer of dust that may have fallen off the bed frame when cleaning. Along the entry way wall there was a vomit stain on the wall that was poorly cleaned. The walls had cracks, the drawers where the mini fridge was kept was broken and cracked as if someone kicked it in. The dresser drawers did not close all the way and hung open. Over all I did not stay the night. I didn’t even unpack my belongings I walked back down stairs thanked the front desk staff and booked another hotel. Do not stay here!

The roof was leaking when I arrived and the staff didn’t seem in any hurry to attend to the incoming precipitation! They are very short staffed, so please don’t be too demanding on their team of kind, friendly people. The room was prrreeeettttyyy gross. I found multiple condom wrappers between the mattress and the headboard, and there was a lot of other litter left from the previous guests. The ease to get on the highway is great.

We arrived at 6pm and were told they didn’t have a room ready and that it would be in 20 min. We left and came back 40 min later and it still wasn’t ready- they tried to have us switch to a king size bed (we had 4 people). When we declined they gave us a room number and took a deposit but told us too wait 40 min more. We were going to swim or workout while we waited but the pool was closed and of the 4 equipment in the workout room, 2 didn’t work. Most things were broken. We went to find our room then and saw the cleaning staff sitting in the room next door and chatting - not working. We didn’t end up getting into our room until 8:30. Stains on curtains, leaking sink. Worst experience in a long time!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility is really not rhat bad, but needs some modernization and badly needed maintenance and upgrades. Otherwise no complaints very close walking distance to shopping mall and eateries. Right off the Interstate.

Pool under construction. Garbage containers overfilled throughour property, breakfast mediocre, and broken elevator. First room smelled of cigarette smoke had to switch rooms. Refrigerator full of frost, door would not close, no toilet paper holder, no alarm clock, and only one garbage can in suite. Key issues. Would not recommend.

The hotel was filthy. Lobby and hallways needed to be vacuumed and mopped. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The couch was stained, mirrors were filthy. The pillows were as flat as paper or filled with rocks.
