“This was our first time in this property. It exceeded our expectations. It is welcoming and cozy like your own home. It’s very clean and has all of the amenities you get from home. My husband and I especially loved the location. Bagel time is on the corner for yummy fresh bagels and coffee in the morning. We caught a game of miniature golf conveniently on the corner from the property. The beach is right across the street along with the promenade full of food, fashion and arcades… we loved the...

“We enjoyed the space and how the unit worked for the four of us. It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Dave was always available for help when needed. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and cooking needs.”

“Lovely condo with very nice decor. Well appointed kitchen with LG appliances. Comfortable bed. 3rd floor tenant played music throughout our stay--not obnoxious, but definitely audible.”

Excellent communication with property manager with immediate response. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and looking forward to come back.”

“This is a fabulous condo with a great location at the north end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed... watching the waves and the sun coming up...listening to the surf throughout the day...walking at the water's edge...walking the boardwalk 4-5 miles a day...exploring Rehoboth Ave...eating crab cakes and ice cream... enjoying meals on the balcony. We would definitely like to return.”

“Well kept, comfortable, and updated condo. My wife and I stayed there from March 30- April 27, 2024.. The location is perfect. There are so many bars, restaurants, spas, etc. within a walking distance. Hop in your car and you can find anything you want in a matter of minutes. Eric, your host, is a great guy. If you have any questions or need anything taken care of, you can be assured he will take care of it for you. I recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in a nice unit and in a great...
