Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the Centrale Station. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ample, and tasty.

5/5 Excellent
"This is an older historic building, if you like traditional then Excellent property, if you loke more modern then go the Hyatt nearby, is walkable to the Duomo, is about 20-25 min from train station, has excellent breakfast, room size was nice and bedding was comfortable.

"The staff was very accommodating. The location is literally across from the train station so it was very easy to get over for train and subway. We loved our large room and bed. The shower could have been a little larger but the large tub made up for it! Would definitely stay here again!"
"Great place and close to the train station. Very clean and cozy in the rooms. The only thing is at night there are sketchy people walking around the area since it is next to the station. Otherwise great location and room. "
