"Check in was OK, staff on reception within a minute of arrival. Old soap with a hair on it left in shower - yuk! Carpet may not have been vacuumed after previous guest. The corridor carpeting from reception to our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Bed large and comfortable, great pillows.
