Very lovely hotel. Brand new everything. Top notch. Hotel management was very kind to help me with a health matter that I had. I deep appreciate it. I would absolutely stay here again. Dog friendly and situated near highway and many national chain restaurants. Only suggestion is better more supportive pillows.

Girl’s weekend with my daughter

This was a trip to see family over New Year's weekend. We stayed five nights. We had housekeeping one day, and when I went down to ask for four bath towels on the 4th day, the front desk clerk said, "That's a lot of towels!" We emptied our own trash, made our own beds, and re-used towels for three days. Staff was unfailingly polite (except for that one incident about the towels), and we were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the breakfast buffet area. All in all it was a good trip in a lovely hotel, but it could have been better.

The motor in the air conditioner unit made a loud noise ALL night long. The AC/Heat was not even on but the LOUD motor ran all night, I was unable to sleep over the noise. Front desk was not helpful in this matter.
