Horrible experience will never return, unless they compensate me for my stay. Keep track of your belongings. I had a piece of medical equipment with me for the trip and it went missing during my stay at the hotel. Very expensive and very important that I had to travel with to help with my foot pains. After two days it went missing from my room after I had my room cleaned. I stopped at the front desk and they were not helpful at all. Furthermore, It was so difficult to get a good night's sleep because the beds were extremely uncomfortable and they had a Salt Cafe restaurant playing music all night long Friday through Sunday. Then Monday morning I could not sleep because of the garbage trucks, then on Tuesday it was the cutting down of palm trees. Then on Wednesday it started raining and there was a leak in the roof that resulted in my room being wet from several leaks in the ceiling. At that point I ended my trip and left the location, extremely disappointing, this place needs to shut down for inspection.

It was an OK stay. The breakfast was poor and the same thing everyday (bagel, cream cheese and jelly, a muffin, and either a banana or an orange). The AC worked just fine, the shower ran thin but wasn’t a bother, fridge did not cool enough though. The room itself was ok, a little outdated, nothing luxurious so don’t expect anything crazy. Beach towels always available.

This is a good stay if you want to be in the heart of the action in South Beach on a budget. The rooms were basic and a little run down but still good enough. It's right on Collins St., so expect a lot of noise at all hours and know that the hotel has a DJ going until 2:00am so you might have that right outside your window. Great proximity to the beach, Ocean Drive, and pretty much all that South Beach has to offer.

Close to the beach and major street, tho the hotel has a restaurant/bar in the middle, so don't hope to sleep before midnight.
