Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $30 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. Beautiful location right on beach
The very friendly and accommodating staff along with amazing views of the beach and night skyline made this a great place to stay. You are only steps away from a beach with staff to provide umbrellas and chairs which was ideal. The beach is beautiful and mostly filled with families. The room was very nice. great view. all the amenities. They charge for valet parking daily and resort fee but it's worth it considering parking isnt easy in the area and not any cheaper. I'd stay her again.

Dated property, but keeping up. Good for the price
Property views and location was great. There is about to be a major multi year construction project right outside the windows, so there's a chance that instead of the ocean you'll be enjoying the sounds of jackhammers and beeping trucks through at least mid 2024. Our biggest issue was the pool was not available, but this was never mentioned in the listing or the booking. It wasn't just down for a day or two as they first tried to suggest, it's undergoing major renovations and this was not disclosed. It's been down for weeks and will be closed through at least Jan 2023 at the level of work still needed when we were there. If the property manager was honest about this we would have booked an alternative location. Instead they refused to cancel or refund. Regardless, the pool is much smaller in person than pictured. The facility is approaching being dated, but the rooms are nice and honestly based on other properties in the area they are fairly priced so we got what we paid for. Miami area is expensive! We made the most of our Vaca and enjoyed the stay but issues and maintenance of the facility leaves me with a 3 star rating.

This property was awesome!! Although this pictures looked exactly like the actual suite, it was even more beautiful in person! The balcony gives both city views and a FULL ocean view!! The staff was amazing and it was super easy to check in.

Looking forward to the next stay
First time in Miami Beach. We picked the right place to stay. The staff was friendly and competent (Leo in the bar makes a great margarita). The beach had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The balcony of the one-bed, one-bath room had a great view of the ocean. Perfect for a couple of glasses of wine at night while listening to the waves. Looking forward to the next visit!

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The property was very clean and the amenities at the building were outstanding. There is a resort fee, and it’s worth every penny! Beach chairs, towel service, housekeeping, and a great restaurant and bar. The location is excellent with several great restaurants around. The beach is big and clean and wasn’t overcrowded during spring break. We are already considering another stay at this property in the near future.

Condo was nice.. clean and comfortable. But I searched for Ft Lauderdale and this listing showed up… was actually essentially in Miami.. Crazy busy street with perpetual heavy traffic. VERY expensive valet… bar in building charged $35.50 for two Bloody Mary’s!?! Staff was pleasant but some spoke little to no English. Not the atmosphere we’d hoped for..

Great getaway!
Had a great time and highly recommend. The only disappointment was that the listing said that the unit had a Smart TV but we weren’t able to connect to Netflix, Amazon Prime… which the front desk confirmed.
