No AC, it’s out of service and not willing to fix it. Was unable to change rooms and heard that other rooms also share the same issue. It is big issue because the city gets really hot! & when booking that information is not communicated and not transparent.

Need clean bed sheet for new customer!! Used the blanket and sheet! I found the blood blanket and sheet! Also need more towels, not available hand towels in Beth room. Worst stay in property in my life! Good luck!!

Place was nice but it had no AC. It wouldn’t go below 28 celsius/ 82 fahrenheit and the place had no windows to atleast get the colder outside air. We lasted two days and I had to book another hotel just to be able to sleep. This was ruining our vacation. I reached out to the host and they responded and only said they couldn’t do anything about it. And to contact expedia which is obviously bs. They’re the owners of the place and the only ones that can do anything about the situation. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great location super close to Angel de la Independencia. It was clean and comfortable. Down below you have bars and nightclubs that didn't bother me. Check-in says the latest is 8pm but there are posters 24/7.

Great location, pretty room and helpful staff. However the water was cold -staff allowed us to use another room to shower- and the area is very noisy at night. Says to wait 5 minutes for the water to fully heat up, don’t. From the second it’s mildly warm you have about 5 minutes before it goes cold.

Terrible Experience, Poor Management!!
I have stayed in this property several times even after it made me very disappointed every time. Why? 1, There was no air conditioner in the room, no ventilation window in most rooms which made the my stay very hot and muggy. 2, They don't have maintenance in the property to fix any request, you have to talk to the security of the building (not the Kukun Service team) in the lobby (the securities don't speak English), and the property management person just communicate through WhatsApp. In most cases, they agreed everything, but they never made it and never showed up. 3, The worst part was, these were not just one single cases, I stayed there 3 times, it happened 3times, they very latest time when I stayed there, theere was terrible smell in the room, the room was not even cleaned when I checked in, completely messed up (see the photo). I complained and wait 2 hours while they were cleaning up. The manager agreed (through WhatsApp) to refund some portion of my rental as compensation. Then it just never happened and they just never replied me after that. Every experience like this in the stay just made me feel they are so indifferent to the guest, they don't really care what you feel, it doesn't matter to them at all! All in one, very terrible management.

The place was clean and modern, the neighborhood is pretty fun but pretty loud, so if you are a light sleeper it’s not for you. We really liked the area and the room but we didn’t have heater and it was couple of chilliest nights in cdmx, we told the owner and they said they will send someone, first night no one showed up,second day the hot water was gone too, we told them and this time they sent someone. He tried to fix it but the whole power went out, so he said the problem is with the heater, if we turn it on the whole fuze is gone,so they fixed hot water but told us that they will fix the heater after we leave since they need more time (dah!) So we ended up staying there for 3 nights no heater. We slept with our warm clothes and it was tolerable but i don’t think this is the way to handle such an issue. Either you had to change our room or at least give us a discount or something for not being able to fix YOUR issue.

The place gets very, very hot because there’s no air conditioning (just a small portable unit that barely does the work) or ceiling fans. The apt is too dark with poor lighting. Towels were old and thin. I would not stay here again.

Nice view, everything was good the only thing that i found was hair on pillows that were not even mine. We had just got the room and looking around and then see hair on the pillows.

Our apartment was amazing! Central location, great for a couple or a small family. Zona Rosa is a party area, so the markets and food was open late! It got a little noisy at night but we didn’t mind, we loved our stay here!

Awesome place. Great location, very comfortable. Only two downsides: 1. The air conditioner is very loud and obtrusive. 2. There’s a extremely loud nightclub right outside the window that parties all night, but the air conditioner drowns out most of that noise.

The apartment in itself was great — very convenient location, great amenities, great size and well decorated! However, I cannot say my experience staying here was great: Upon arriving, the apartment was very hot, we noticed that there was an AC remote in the coffee table, but the actual AC was nowhere to be found. I reached out to Kukun and they told me a portable AC was supposed to be beside the bed, but it wasn't. I asked them if they could come check it out. They were very responsive at first but eventually stopped replying and they didn't come check it out (or if they did, they didn't confirm it). That night was very unpleasant due to the heat. The second day I reached out again and asked them if they could come check or bring the portable AC — only this time, they never replied back nor addressed or acknowledged the missing portable AC. The communication from Kukun regarding this issue was terrible — I would have appreciated even an acknowledgement of my message, not just ignoring my messages.

I was displeased with the lack of room service for the first 9 days. The AC unit operated continuously, generating noise that made sleeping quite challenging. Additionally, there was no lobby available and no one to address my complaints or inquiries., they do respond by email only

Property could have been excellent if it did have a proper air conditioning unit. It only had a stand alone AC unit that was not able to cool the room down even if left running at its coldest setting all night. And the property has no windows that can open to help cool down.

Feels like home!
Amazing location. Center of everything. Although it does get noisy at night but we slept through it pretty well. The security guards are very nice, made us feel like home. The only thing is communication, which takes a bit of time to hear back

Overall, my group had a great stay at Kukun! The property is beautiful and clean. The area is very secure with 24 hour security at the front desk, and Karla was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Kukun has everything you could need for the week in regards to toiletries and kitchen equipment. We stayed for a week and only experienced noisy streets on the weekend. A few things to keep in mind when you book: I had requested both a shuttle service from the airport and early check in (for a fee) and both fell through. Also, the swimming pool must be reserved for an hour time slot and only two guests are allowed at a time. Since we booked two rooms and traveled in a large group, it was inconvenient not being able to all go to the pool together. Lastly, there was a hanging swing in one of the rooms that collapsed when one of our guests sat on it, so be careful when lounging on those. Again I would absolutely recommend Kukun and stay there again next time I travel to CDMX.

El departamento es bonito pero está descuidado, los baños tienen hongos en las orillas, había calcetines tirados debajo de loa muebles de otros huéspedes, la hamaca de afuera está rota, la cama de la recámara que da al patio central está dañada y deforme, las persianas de ese cuarto estaban manchadas desagradable. Vale la pena arreglar esas cosas por qué el lugar es bonito
