Come stay at this beautiful Springs condo & enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley. This condo has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds to accommodate our golfers, 2 baths on the ground level, (1,172 sq.ft.). It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - Large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, cable, and a two car garage.

Please call the office to insure this property has Cable TV or Streaming only or both.

This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.

Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges may apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Convenient for Soccer Tournament
This property was a great spot for the soccer tournament that our son and his teammates were participating in in Mesquite. The spaces were comfortable and location very convenient. The property would be even more appealing with some of the necessities — salt, pepper, shampoo, non-diluted hand soap — provided, but overall we had a good stay.

Great stay
It's a great home base for your time in Mesquite, we live in St. George and a weekend in Mesquite is always a great time! I've stayed in this complex before and I never have any complaints. Super close to the main casinos, so that's a bonus. During our weekend the pool was pretty empty so that was great for us! Thank you for the great stay. I'm sure we will be back!

Nice place, worked out well for our group.
Did like the fact that the pool did not close at a certain time. Coffee pot took forever but other than that it was nice.

Quiet. Decent pool
Stated that it slept 8 but one of the beds was a sofa sleeper. Bedroom that has 2 beds was deceiving. Second bed was a twin, not a full size bed like we thought since it said it sleeps 8. Family room only seated 5-6 people. Could use more updated tv's for sure. Was nice to have a kitchen and washer and dryer but probably won't stay there again
