"I have stayed at many Residence Inns over the years, and the Palo Alto/Menlo location is by far the nicest and best Residence Inn that I have ever stayed at. I stayed there with my husband and son, and we were all very satisfied with our stay. The 2-bedroom suite that we stayed in, along with the rest of the entire property is very, very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast did not disappoint either. "They have water saver heads installed in the showers. So the volume was lower than I'd like. But the pressure was OK and I just stayed in rinsing off a little longer. It is a sign of the times regarding trying to conserve water. No breakfast was available due to Covid-19 safety issues."
