The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like that is was a short walk to Beale St. Also i like walking through the corridor that's connected to the Hyatt Centric, which has a nice rooftop area. The only thing i had a problem with, the mattress was to soft to me.

Great location if your visiting Beale street, access to Hyatt next door for pool was awesome! Great Breakfast! Beds were super comfy, bathroom is generous, room is a bit small but worth it for a short trip!

Very clean hotel. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great bar & coffee bar downstairs. Easy walk to Beale Street. Helpful hints: car valet drop off is around the corner on Dr. MLK Junior Ave (kind of hard to find) and the hotel kept the original building's machine shop exterior, but it's all part of the hotel (you're in the right place).

Super convenient and walkable to museums and Beale Street. The room had everything that I needed. I was not crazy about the breakfast sandwich at the cafe. Too greasy and messy to eat.

The so called bar was very limited - No rum. Valet service was $33.00 In and out service however the valet attendant seemed bothered when we wanted our car to go out.

Except for cleanliness & the staff this hotel was a huge disappointment. The rooms had no drawers or anywhere to unpack. For a couple of days it was ok, but any longer living out of a suitcase was awful. There was a rack above the luggage to hang, but if you hung anything you couldn't see into your suitcase. No lighting in that area. The room also did not have a coffee maker which was the most inconvenient thing about it. There were 'signs' on various walls with instructions - one indicating if you want fresh towels leave them on the floor. Problem was there was no cleaning service so that could have been an issue if we did not hang and reuse our towels. Last major disappointment was the website. No information and what was there was so out of date. We arranged to go to the Centric rooftop bar to listen to music on Sunday which the website said music was on Friday and Sunday - turned out the bar was closed on Sundays. We had a problem with the TV so on the website, we clicked on the TV help section - and it said 'use the remote control'. Use less information. Like I said the staff was great but in two days we had to go to them numerous times because there was so much unknown and so inconvenient. Would not stay here again.
