Good stay. Very clean rooms and close to where we needed to be. The receptionist was very helpful with food and transport ideas. Lost one star because there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and as guests we were required to take out our own rubbish and sort our towels and dishes at check out which I think when paying the amount we paid this should be completed by the cleaners.

Great property, only thing I can fault it on was that they need to invest in some weather strips for the doors, it got very windy through the night and the whistle through the front door was terrible. Otherwise I can’t fault the place.

I was given the room on level 8 facing West, on the Dandenong road side with very high volume of road traffic, trains and trams making it very noisy at night. The aircon is in the living room and after full day of summer with direct sunlight in the room after 4pm, it becomes so warm that the aircon becomes ineffective in the bedroom. All in all it becomes a nightmare with warm bedroom and traffic noise. No wonder I couldn’t sleep for even 3 hours! 2) The ratio of lifts to people/visitors using the lifts can become very unfavourable at peak times. The wait times can be significantly high. 3) The housekeeping is not done daily. The management is still hiding behind the Covid excuse, which is really a shame. Overall, never ever staying here again.
