"Overall it was a good location and stay, close to the beach, entertaining, walking distance to Malecón, always availablity of taxi right outside the hotel and we will definitely be back!!"
"Veronica and Benjamin were very kind and helpful. thank you! I enjoyed my stay at Melville. Loved the beautiful courtyard, fountain, birds and flowers."
"My husband and i took our 8 year old son to this resort for 6 days and we absolutely loved it! They have different food options but the food never disappointed in the Los Gaviles side that we didn't try the other restaurants. We have been to other all inclusive hotels in mexico and this one was pretty comparable to them. I really liked that they have different pools for families and singles so both can have fun. Primarily i did see more families so im glad because thats what we were looking for....

Primarily i did see more families so im glad because thats what we were looking for. Our room was a 2 queen bed room facing the garden side on the 3rd floor and it was nice and quiet. I did notice there was a crack on our shower window but it didnt bother us. The AC worked very well and they have a full mini bar with soda and water as well. There is one ATM located near the front desk and the 24 sports bar! This was soooo convenient for us. There was a guy who sold us a boat ride package with food and drinks to stone island which was nice. He sits near the front desk and we didnt feel like he was pushy which i appreciated.
The people who work outside grabbing luggages arr very helpful and they can call taxi or pulmonias for you. The only thing i really didn't like were the alcoholic drinks! They just tasted different than what im used to. Like a margarita tasted like it had some fake juice in it. This is just my personal opinion! Oh and you can bring your own stainless steel cups and they fill them up w whatever u want! Overall good experience."
