“This condo was a comfortable place to host two dads and their three sons who were in Prescott for a soccer tournament. The host was very sweet to leave goodies for the kids to eat. This condo is on the 2nd floor and has a downstairs neighbor.”

The evap cooling system did not cool the back bedroom very well. There were no coffee filters, which made brewing coffee a challenge. Would have been nice to have a dinette set on the porch for eating outside to enjoy the incredible views. “Well positioned halfway between Phoenix and Sedona. Black Canyon City is a very small town and the location is convenient, just a few minutes from the Interstate. Stayed 7 nights in unit. This unit had the basic necessities for overnight needs. If you're looking for a clean, simplistic, minimalist stay, off the beaten path for a good price, this is your place. “The condo was well furnished, everything worked and it was very comfortable. It is next to Acker Park with trails. Unfortunately it was wet during my stay so the trails were muddy. The covered garage was a big plus! The downside was a howling dog nearby when it's owner was away.”
