I could also see how this condo would be a prime location for a fmaily to vacation in over the summer."

The condo was clean and orderly and the Owner Dawn was very easy to communicate with and if we had any questions was very quick to respond. "I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything."

This was an expensive stay for an off season beach stay and they DON’T include linens Really OVERPRICED for off season, after booking I found equivalent places at much lower rates that did include linens. Yes you read correctly… THEY DON’T INCLUDE LINENS! Linens are an additional cost to the owners directly. I thought this was not allowed but VRBO said it is....

"There were Fire Emergency due to breakage on the Sprinkler around midnight, and it lasted an hour to get back to the room. The night manager seemed to deal with the issue quite efficiently. My only concern was that there were no other employees available who can help the night manager. First time experience for me, and glad it is over. "
