"It was wonderful stay for our family of 5. You just cant beat the beach location!! Also the room, though not fancy, was spacious and clean. "It was wonderful to return here - I love this hotel. The gardens are beautiful and the beach is clean and fabulous for swimming and long walks. The staff are outstanding. In many years of travel I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel staff member more dedicated than the pool guy (pool is great for swimming laps too - 25m). The housekeeping team were great too - and surprised me daily with towel ‘art’ and flowers on the bed. Excellent food too! "

"This is a small place, just four rooms. The architect was a protege of the famous Sri Lankan architect, Geoffrey Bawa, and it shows. Very well laid, lovely design. As we had the place to ourselves, it felt very special. From a glance at the Guest Comments Book, other visitors felt the same. "Nice hotel, well maintained. Wonderful location as just on riverside. 1 km distance from bentota beach. Only few things are missing, just like... restaurant and swimming pool. For food they arrange from nearby restaurants. But owner is quite helpful, n quite bigger room size and bathrooms. If can adjust with above requirements...then its the best place to live in bentota, its quite chill and silent...so that you can enjoy yourself."

"В доме на 1-ом этаже живут хозяева, на втором два номера с общим балконом и столиками. Один с вентилятором, ну и простенько, как впрочем, похоже везде, вода горячая днём (бак нагревается на крыше). А вот второй номер уже с кондиционером, водонагревателем, пол - плитка, холодильник - никаких претензий. Wi-fi отличный, единственно, им занимается сын и в случае сбоя жди, когда он вернётся с работы. Он же организует прогулки по реке (скутер, лодка, тук тук, 2 байка в аренду, авто(трансфер)....
