"Checked in late after all nighter from Dubai. Had to use self checkin. Didn’t accept my booking. Then had to go to reception and then made to use a different card. No valet to room we had 4 portes. $467 ? Not happy. Breakfast was great. "

Love a pet friendly hotel

"So so good. Went for the Deluxe harbour view. On level 11 due to taking our dog along. Not bad view but higher up would have been better. 33 levels in total. Room large and comfy. Bed so cushy. Foxtel on tv. Cute window seat. 24 hour room service is valuable. Robes and slippers provided, also love the midday check out. Dog bed, treats and water included for $150. Our dog and my boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay "

"Fantastic hotel in wonderful central CBD location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, attractive, cozy and well equipped. Huge selection of free movies. In-house restaurant, Le Petit Flot, is a hidden gem that feels up-market and intimate. Highly recommended all around. I will definitely be back!"
