"It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. The building was very quiet...

"We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Don't forget to visit the Little River Pub & Deli next door for some seriously good sandwiches and a great assortment of local beers."

"Beautiful little condo tucked up in the Smokey Mountains! Well equipped and even had Kcups for coffee in the morning. Breathtaking views from the balcony and grounds. Perfect space for my husband and myself. The road up there was entertaining too - trust your navigation system! Easy access to the national park. We would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay again."

"You can't beat the location. It is right by all the restaurants and shops in market square. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with anything you might need. The owner was also very responsive answering questions. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The location is perfect, the apartment was immaculately clean and decorated nicely, the first floor was great with our dog, and it was well stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils. The property was beautiful and very clean as well. The only issues we really had were that the bathroom vanities are pretty small, which is no big deal. We made it work. The biggest problem we had was the noise upstairs. There isn’t much the rental agency could really do about it, but it’s bad....

"Place was clean and great access to the strip! We walked the whole time and it wasn’t a bad walk at all. The trolley is right across the street if you want to use that which is a great option! Only downfall was the bed was hard but I would stay again!"

"Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable."
