Management was very helpful and pleasant. Requested non-smoking room , but the room was not marked as such. You could tell because of the lingering odor in the room. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel to others.

This was a great hotel. Mexican restaurant that is connected has the best food ever. Pool area is big & has room for parents to sit around & socialize. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had & I stay in hotels often. Lots of choices! Fresh, cut fruit!

Just Disappointing
Overall the stay was very disappointing. The staff was very friendly both checking in and checking out. The room itself was a bit rough. The carpet had not been vacuumed recently and was noticeably dirty. The toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned and was dirty enough to warrant being wiped down before we used it. There are no signs outside and many of the lights were not working. I actually pulled up google maps to verify we were in the correct location. There were empty alcohol containers in the parking lot both in front and behind the building. There was a noticeable amount of trash in the back parking lot where we parked to get to our room. There was a noticeable chemical smell that was definitely drugs in both the parking lot and the back hallway, however it did not smell in the room itself. In the morning we found out that the advertised breakfast from the booking website was not being served. Instead it was bananas and cold cereal. Although not the end of the world, it was a disappointing end to our disappointing stay at this facility. Our room was almost $150 for the night and it was not even worth a quarter of that. Being an older facility is a non-issue. It just feels like they have given up trying to keep the place clean or provide any level of service beyond having a bed and a roof.

We had an excellent stay here! We were in town for a dog show and when we come back next year, we will definitely stay here again. Everyone was super nice, rooms were large and clean, and we loved mojitos restaurant. Thank you so much!!

Front enterance was fine. Hallways were very warm and a bit run down looking. Rooms were semi outdated and the smell was strong of must or old water maybe mold. The pool area was nice but the pool was so cold it wasnt fun at all.

The breakfast was very good and the room attractive. The issue was that while there was a "sanitized" seal on the toiler I found a pool of urine behind the lid/seat as well as the bottom of both sides of the toilet. The front desk clerk did not mention breakfast when I checked or when I checked out.
