“Overall a lovely stay during the pre season. Compared to other hotels in the area, the Grand Azur offered enough space to relax while offering entertaining activities. Guests were mostly young and old couples, well behaved and no party crowd. Hotel was well visited but not crowded. All facilities were tidy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. “Nice place to stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice restaurants and food options. Good size swimming pool with plenty sun deck chairs. One drawback or negative was mini fridge in room which wasn’t in working condition. As I’m diabetic and need to store my insulin in fridge. I requested for a replacement which didn’t happened even after couple reminders. I ended up asking staff at the reception to keep my insulin in fridge they had there. Also, they don’t provide iron and ironing……

“The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The room was extremely dirty room service only came once after we begged them many many times. We had to use dirty towels. They wouldn’t change our towels either my mum has to beg reception and get from reception her self. Not only was the room dirty but the hotel it’s self was dirty and extremely old . . The carpet in the room was non walkable the fridge was old and rotten the bathroom and toilet was dirty. There was garbage all over the……
