“This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

“This was a perfect place to stay when I was in L.A. for a basketball game. Alina was incredibly helpful and responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. It is also well located with everything around it I walked most everywhere I went. Alina, I will be back!”

“Wonderful experience. Check in was easy and directions provided worked well. Space was nice having a 2 floor unit and 2 bathrooms. Recommend a chair to fill the living rooms for guests but overall fantastic experience.”

Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. “Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)”

We appreciated the rooftop sofa and coffee table outside, otherwise there wouldn’t have been anywhere to eat the breakfast which we had delivered. “We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents.
