"Beautiful beach. Hard working lovely staff. Excellent variety and quality food in the buffet. Evening meals at the a la carte restaurants were not as high quality as the buffet. Multiple drinks available at the bar. Bar staff were excellent. Pools are clean and nice. Lots of activities. Rooms are well equipped.Nice to have elevators. Nice having your room key incorporated into your bracelet. We were very happy with our trip and would definitely return again."

"Great hotel. The pools are very nice, and it wasn't packed, which made the visit very nice. The spa was great, and my kids enjoyed their time at the beach (Rocky) and with the kids' club. Claudia, Karla, Paola, and Jenny from the kids' club were very nice, and my kids wanted to stay there every day. That allowed my husband and me to enjoy the secrets and VIP/Preferred areas. I recommend getting access to those areas; they make a difference. The only downside was the construction right next to the hotel, so the photos of the jungle surrounding the hotel were inaccurate. Half of the hotel has to hear the construction noise and see workers, trash, noise, and construction materials as you enter your room. There are some minor maintenance details on the hotel. "

"Amazing location. All of the amenities are top notch. Out room was super clean with amazing views. There was always great food selections. Infinity pool is awesome, never felt overcrowded which was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Easy to make dinner reservations. Would highly recommend to use Uber since taxis can be a bit more pricy if you are planning to move around to other attractions. "
