Quiet Marina Condo close to everything
My wife and I wanted a get-away. It was quiet, clean, close to everything. Golf Cart Rental around the corner and lazy days on Marco. Great spot and great price. Great condo for you.

Fantastic, peaceful stay!
The property owner and manager was a breeze to work with! I had last minute change of plans and they made it work with no issues. The place was exactly as described from the views to the cleanliness. Location is fantastic and parking was super easy too! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you again!

Very nice condo with greatview
Condo itself was gorgeous and immaculate. View was stunning. Only complaint, the mattress & pillows could stand to be updated. Was a bit of construction that i wish we’d known about in advance, but fullyunderstand that this was out of the owners control. Overall,i would definitely recommend this rental. The view, the cleanliness and the fully stocked kitchen made it a great rental.

Awesome!
Property was very nice, very nicely decorated, very clean, as advertised ETC. I want to be perfectly clear on this next point, this bothered my GF more than I, The only issue we had was there was "NO" window treatments (Blinds ETC) on the door wall, kitchen, or living room windows. It would not prevent me from staying again, but she would definitely bring it up, onour next trip. Still Awesome!

Beutiful Location and Condo
Loved the location and the condo was beautiful. The check in process was a little rough. The office was busy, and the only office worker was very frustrated with setting up gate entries for everyone. She implied that the information should have been sent by the rental owner. The condo number and code was not shared and had to contact the owner for the information. However, after everything was figured out, it was perfect. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great stay!
This was our first visit to Marco Island for a getaway long weekend. The condo was great and the view over the water was outstanding! Everything was as advertised with the exception of an additional 1/2 bath which it didn’t have. There was some construction work going on while we were there in the units nearby which was a bit of a distraction but overall the place was awesome. Liked the heated pool and hot tub. We would come back again!

A slice of paradise!
This is the perfect escape for two! The condo is tastefully decorated and extremely clean! The view is absolutely stunning! Sitting out on the deck viewing the sunrise never got old! The owner of the condo is very attentive and welcomed us with wine! If you want an affordable getaway, this is your place! 5 star all the way!

This condo is great. Clean and anything needed is in the condo. Towels, bedding, etc. Dick, the owner, is never more than a phone call or text away. He is always there if there is a problem...which we have never had. Just can't say enough nice things about this condo. The view is wonderful. We tell people we count the days we DON'T see dolphins.

Beautiful accommodations on the water. Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything one needed. Within walking distance to restaurants. Would highly recommend for future stays. Personally greeted by host on arrival which was a positive experience.

This condo was great. The view was wonderful, we saw so many things. We have stayed at Riverside Club for more than 20 yrs and by far this was the best condo. The owners thought of everything we could possibly need. Clean and neat. Can't wait to return next year.

Unbelievable Views
This condo is exactly as advertised and pictures are spot on. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We saw dolphins 6/7 days. Condo was recently completely remodeled, is very well maintained, and all amenities are new. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Owner was great to deal with. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with the owner, the condo, and Marco Island.

Excellent pick, stunning location!
Loved everything about this place! Dick the owner was very responsive and accommodating as our flight was very delayed but he still met us at the place for a tour. He even left us creamer and coffee and wine since we arrived after all the stores closed. The place is newly remodeled, clean and the location is great! Every meal we could eat outside in the balcony we did. We saw dolphins, jumping stingray and maybe even a manatee. At this place you have everything you’d need to cook in and if you chose to dine out, you could walk to many restaurants or have a short drive to many more. The bed was soft and we slept well each night. We will definitely go back because it was amazing.

Better Than Advertised!
Beginning with the communication to the location of the property to the cleanliness and everything provided, this is absolutely perfect! The pictures and description are not only accurate, the property is better than the photos! We rented this for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have been in a better place. The owner is absolutely first class and we are looking forward to returning. You need nothing but your suitcase to enjoy yourself here. We can’t say enough good things about the stay and nothing bad! Just a note to say that I am extremely critical and very OCD. LOL... and I couldn’t have been more satisfied!

Clean condo , very good condition. Outstanding view of Marco river. Quiet complex , Close to old Marco. Pools are very good. Bait shop and marina on premises. Very friendly environment I Would prefer to have blinds on the windows. None of the windows had blinds or shades.
