Anniversary retreat
This cottage provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. It was clean and had amenities as listed. It was too cool for us to use the pool, but we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful wildflowers and basking in the quiet. We drove around many counties in the area visiting Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, Kerrville, and Marble Falls. Enjoyed shopping, visiting wineries and distillery. One suggestion that my husband had was to move the bathroom mirror up 3 inches for taller folks. Thanks for providing this charming cottage for people to enjoy.

Peace and Quiet does exist !
Excellent stay ! No city noise traffic,sirens ,ect ... Sit on the back deck and listen to nature and recharge your batteries ! Fantastic host and great place !

Relaxing Stay
Enjoyed every minute of it. Nice and tranquil. Only issue was that the listing said two bedroom, but there was only one bedroom with a bead in the living area. Worked fine for our needs, but could be misleading if someone really needed two separate bedrooms (apart from the living space. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and it is a lovely place in c the country!

Very Cool Eclectic Hippie/Boho Vibe
The best thing about this property is nothing matches, there no theme. It's peaceful, it's vintage, it's hippie, it's everything from old books to crystals to Native American and more. There are various sitting areas on the property, art work out of rocks and wood, so many things that we found something new most everyday. The most important part of our trip was ... it felt like home. Book a trip, you will not be disappointed.

Romantic Getaway!
It was very secluded and romantic. We couldn’t have asked for more for a valentines getaway. Just the two of us a hot tub and pool. The owner was very sweet and very responsive.

Nice, quiet place to relax
Part of our 3 week trip around Texas. Spent a day just relaxing along with getting a little work done. Good location to check out the area, Johnson City and Fredericksburg. Nice to see the horses, since mine were back at home. The white lab was friendly, the cat too.

Convenient location
My wife and I enjoyed staying at this house. It was very conveniently located for our business in the area. Although the owners lived next door, we never saw or heard them. We saw their dogs and one of the dogs was mean to the other dog when we stopped to pet them through the fence! Hopefully, they learn to get along a little better. We appreciated the pool being there because it was so hot. I had a nice nap in the hammock.

Upon arrival the house had a few hiccups but the host was super responsive and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed watching the deer from the pool during the day and enjoyed the hot tub at night. Great place for a weekend getaway!

Little oasis
We loved this place!!!! Perfect pool setup right off the back door! Made grilling and hanging out by the pool much more enjoyable than having to pack up everything to take for a swim! Pool and hot tub were clean. Very eclectic little barndo and the property was very secluded and peaceful! Owner does live next door on other side of garage with two doggos. They barked when we were outside so we made sure to keep the music down really low - we weren’t sure if they were barking at us or what so we played it safe... Had everything we needed and we loved our stay. Would definitely come back again! We almost added an extra day!

Secluded and peaceful
Great house! Secluded and quiet but super close to town for convenience , which was exactly what was needed to unwind and reload !! Pool was relaxing in the evening and watching deer come up and drink from nearby water trough. Tami works hard and puts her heart and soul in 3 Horses Ranch!! We will be back !

Hidden little paradise in the hot weather.
Beautiful, private oasis in the hill country. The pool was so welcoming and perfect on these hot days. Too hot for the hot tub. Totally private and lots of nature, super clean. Well cared for home that I highly recommend. If you’re looking for a private getaway with your own small pool, super quiet place, that is very welcoming, highly recommended.

Relaxing Retreat in the country
This is our 3rd stay at 3 Horse Ranch. We love it, is the reason we returned. It’s so relaxing to disconnect from the city life. Besides hanging out by the pool, we enjoy the nature around. From the variety of birds to hummingbirds and the deer. This is a great getaway. Tami is a great host! The place has everything you need. Even coffee incase you forget your own. It’s a home away from home. It’s amazing all the stars you see at night. This trip we tried a burger place in town called Fat Boy burgers. One of the best burger place we have eaten at. Highly recommend. We are definitely booking another visit to 3 Horse Ranch.

In town for competition
Arriving after dark, makes for a slow approach- lotsa deer- low hanging branches. Loved parking inside and having the lights on made it much easier once we finally could see the place. Was never able to get Wi-Fi - the name never appeared. Made it difficult with 1 and 2 bars cell service for husband to work, but we made it happen. Great proximity to the field and town. If it had been warmer would have used the pool. We didn’t get to experience the property during daylight. I’m sure it was pretty.

Clean and close to town
We had a great stay and the property is well kept and clean . Great amenities and everything you could possibly need .The host does provide everything you need to be comfortable . On the negative side and this is not meant to be a criticism just simply honest feedback the notes all over the property made us personally uncomfortable and we felt like we were invading someone else’s home . It almost feels as if you are a child being instructed on rules . Personally I like a more neutral environment and don’t wish to see personal effects but that’s just me and I’m sure there are plenty out here that do ! For that reason I would likely not stay there again
