"The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh"

"Perfect spot for those that don’t enjoy large crowds! Quiet and cute little neighborhood and still plenty to do on a cold windy rainy weekend. Lots of wine tasting! Only thing we would have enjoyed more was a TV to watch the U of M game! The pub closes at 9 in the fall! Other than that it was perfect. Clean and Karen was very attentive! We would love to come back some day!"

"Really enjoyed Carol's Cabin. Quietly tucked away. Very clean and reasonable price. Comfy bed. Much more offerred than a hotel. We were at a local wkd event at Frankfort. 7min away. Good communication. Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen has everything. Breakfast coffee teas provided. Bathroom well stocked. Its on a highway, but felt hidden and noise was not an issue. Will return! "Wonderful location for a quiet getaway with family...technically 3 families. It was cozy in the main house for 2 families of 4 each, then we had 2 adults w pets in the loft. It worked out for our crew. Enjoyed the kayaks, breakfast in the deck & being centrally located between the dunes & TC. Down side was some kind of paper wasps/hornets that stung a few times during the night upstairs in main house, but realtor said they’d send someone out. Also spent first 2 days trying to get WiFi password...
