“Nice little cottage”

“The cabin was very nice, but did not include running water or a bathroom. The lack of a private bathroom and running water was difficult.”

“Our group had an excellent stay! Everything was just as described. We enjoyed the hammocks in the backyard, the large selection of games and puzzles, the variety of room setups, and if we hadn’t been so tired from our travels, I’m sure the fire pit was amazing! If you have a baby that is mobile, the stairs are a bit treacherous. I wish we had brought a baby gate but didn’t expect one to be provided. Would definitely stay again!”

“Loved staying at this sweet spot in Mineral! The place was cozy, clean, and well appointed. Especially appreciated the cast iron pan! Lots of fun things to do all around and loved how close it was to Lassen. Would definitely come again.”

“The place was very dirty, unhygienic. There were spider webs and bugs everywhere. The bedsheets and towels were not clean. The living room had no light bulbs. All the kitchen condiments were expired. The kitchen utensils were all rusty and coatings were off. When contacted the owner, the owner was rude and a bit arrogant. We had to decide not to stay at this place due to poor cleanliness and lack of safety.”

“We spent the Memorial Day weekend at Erica’s cottage the second year in a row. It is still as wonderful as it was last year. We had great time in Lassen National Park, there is plenty to see and do. This cottage is a great place to be your starting point to your visit at the park. It has everything you’d need for your stay. I hope we’ll be back soon!”

“Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future.”

“1951 log home with huge fireplace, woodstove, hot tub and sauna. Beautiful views. Great location near Lassen Volcanic National Park. Remember to gas up and bring food. Only on country store nearby with limited options. Only a couple of restaurants too although I'm sure there are more options in season. Checkin is at Noon which gives you most of the day to get settled. Brandon lives nearby and makes sure everything is ready for your arrival. No wifi and limited cell service so you are truly off……

“Beautiful place. Great host. Peaceful home nestled by a beautiful creek. Nice size kitchen to cook in with everything you need. My girls and I were so happy here I actually wish we lived here. The beds are so comfortable. Best night sleep in a long time. Will be making this our vacation spot every year. ❤️”

“The property was nicely appointed with comfortable beds, tv, games, etc. Plenty of dishes and towels. Because of its shape ad location the cabin tends to be a little dark. The last day there was a problem with power in the living room. (no lights at all) The directions weren't as specific or accurate as we needed to find the place before dark. I would suggest an earlier check during December at least so one can find the place and get inside before dark.”
