"What a nice little place! They had everything we needed! A hottub, a kitchen, and a quiet getaway spot to be with a couple friends. In the summer months, there's a beautiful pool, but it was just too cold for us in March. Loved the apartment, and loved how cozy & comfortable it was for us!!!"

"I needed a comfortable place to stay for a few nights. My days were packed so it was really just a place to lay my head. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The unit had a completely functional kitchen and it was very clean. It’s an old building renovated into separate apartments, buts it’s very functional. Floors were uneven in places but that’s expected in such an old building. Bathroom was clean and there was great water pressure in the shower. I will stay here again."

"The location of this property is absolutely amazing and for the most part everything was perfect. My only issues are that we didn't find out until after booking that the property is shared with renters living upstairs. This to me is an issue and should be shared before booking. "There is a lot to like about this property, much of which has been mentioned in other reviews. We particularly enjoyed the deck with the large yard which provided a nice quiet place to relax. "From CJ, to the accommodations, to the wonderful small town USA, I loved my trip! The apartment has everything you need for a restful trip. I loved the hot shower with the awesome water pressure. Parking next to the unit was certainly a plus. In fact there are no negatives I could assign to CJ’s place. It’s super quiet, but close to anything you would need from town. CJ was very responsive and a wonderful host. If I am ever in the area again, this will definitely be my first choice."

"We were fortunate that Michigan weather blessed us! Great location but the stairs to lower level are a challenge for elderly (we are 70 and 74). Next time we would go for upper level! Even so, they are pet friendly and we had a small dog so the space was great and gave her freedom contained by steps!! Would definitely recommend!"
