"Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach....

"We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends."

A few items were broken; oven door was off hinges, master closet had broken shelving piled in corner and dishwasher didn’t set right in it’s place. We spent our days in Hollywood, Universal and the beaches, but had a nice quiet escape at the and of the day. Hosts were terrific; communicative and an easy check in. "We could not have found a better, more lovely space to stay in Hollywood Hills! Every aspect of this GORGEOUS home was clean, thoughtfully decorated and peaceful, with great views and incredibly comfortable! The location is in a lovely neighborhood and so close to iconic Hollywood as well close to Griffith Park for night hiking and the ACFC Soccor game! Diego is a fantastic host in every manner- will definitely book again!"

"Great location. Paid pool heating fee through Venmo to a different person than host, kinda weird, host was kinda pushy to collect pool heating fee. Property has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Air was musty, dirty smelling inside. Many surfaces were sticky and filmy, throw pillows and rugs filthy. Bathrooms not clean, tons of dust and hair. hair sticking to wall in master bath. Cold water does not work in master bath, handle jammed, hot water starts burning you after a few seconds....

"Perfect place for 4 individuals or couples. 4 bedrooms with king beds and individual bathrooms. Living room great for hanging out and watching a little TV. Dining room was just right for coffee breakfast and conversation. The pool and hot tub was such a nice add. Wish we could have stayed a week and taken advantage of the gas fire pit in front. "The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay"
