Nice hotel overall. Rooms could have been cleaned better, but staff were very helpful and polite when mentioned it to them. Bar area very small and not much seating. No cocktail menu. Breakfast choices limited in comparison to other hotels in the area.

If I was to stay in Manchester again, I would definitely stay here. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Special shout-out to Micah in the dining room who was and absolute angel.

Fantastic hotel. The room was clean and spacious and surprisingly quiet in our room, we didn’t hear a sound all night. The staff were so friendly and helpful which makes such a difference to your stay.

Obviously new, very clean, facilities excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Convenient for events at Etihad / Co-op. But - Expedia - you need to update your info. There is no parking at this hotel - you're at the mercy of local car parks, and dropping off if you arrive by car is not easy either. The hotel is right on the ring road with no car access at all.
