“I am a traveler and I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels but i know how to rate them because I truly understand what is expected depending on the situation. That being said this place is a wonderful vacation spot. Perfect for what you should want in a "hotel". These are 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom houses with a kitchen. There a fold up bed outside the bedroom for guest. Washer and Dryer. Clean, fancy, hardwood floors, private and Very spacious. This place is not really for solo travelers……

“We had an amazing stay at the quiet cabin. Jim & Effie were great hosts.Jim was even got my shy teen to come out of his shell alittle by the end of our stay! Jim greeted us with fresh eggs and muffins we took a tour of the trails on the property our pups loved the space to run and play even taking advantage of some swim time at the pond on the property. “I used to be a local but I’m now a tourist when I visit family who live in the area. Every single time we visit, we stay here. Ambiance, location, parking, cleanliness, and the staff are just some of the many reasons we’ll continue to do so! A huge bonus is that The Mainland is connected to the hotel lobby so we can enjoy an amazing meal and walk right up to our room afterwards. So many great amenities and fun things to do right on property. Can’t recommend it enough!”
