"Our group had an excellent stay! Everything was just as described. We enjoyed the hammocks in the backyard, the large selection of games and puzzles, the variety of room setups, and if we hadn’t been so tired from our travels, I’m sure the fire pit was amazing! If you have a baby that is mobile, the stairs are a bit treacherous. I wish we had brought a baby gate but didn’t expect one to be provided. Would definitely stay again!"

"Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future."

"This house was perfect for our family of 10, which included grandparents, parents, preteens and a dog! Wonderful location with complimentary access to beach and boat launch. Close to golf course too! Loved spending time on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Host was also very responsive and took care of needs that arose very promptly. Highly recommend!"

"We were definitely impressed by this new cabin in butte meadows. It is close to the creek for swimming and fishing. Also the local bar and the mercantile is just a rock throw away from this cabin. It was me and my wife and two kids 7 and 3 years old. They had their own twin over full bunk bed which they were really excited about. They loved watching the squirrels and birds outside from the bedroom window in the morning. This cabin is newly built and everything is really nice inside and out....

"This property is infested with cockroaches. I had one crawl across my foot while I was sitting on the couch, and when I looked around the house, there were cockroaches in various states of alive and dying. I contacted the property owner about this problem, and have never received a response. The owners were initially very communicative, but when I presented this problem, I received no communication at all. Extremely unsanitary and unkempt. "

"I brought a couple teens and my small dog out for a bicycle race. The place was easy to find and perfect for us as it had a place where the kids could prep their bikes for the morning and a yard where my little dog could walk around after a long drive. The neighbor’s dog/s are loud when something sets them off tho. Aside from that, the house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking dinner and getting a good night’s sleep before bfast and off to the races. As the title states: short and...

"The room was comfortable. I didn't notice on the property listing that a TV was not one of the amenities listed. I was there for a week for work and was not looking forward to being without a TV in the evenings. All it took was a text to the owner and a TV was delivered and set up in my room. I was very appreciative! So just be aware there is normally no TV. There were a couple of other issues - no iron in my room and I didn't have any way to adjust the cooling system. Neither of these things...
