Very enjoyable stay. Rooftop restaurant was very nice. Comfortable bed and very clean hotel.

The rooms need remodeling; the beds are fine, but the pillows aren't good. Not all rooms have slippers. We were a group and had 4 rooms; mine was one where the suitcases barely fit, and I noticed that others had their rooms arranged better. No bathrobes, the blow dryer was dirty, overall just average. Excellent location, excellent staff service. The rooftop is trendy, breakfast is okay.

All good it was our second time staying in H10, the only thing that may get better is the breakfast options that all days are the same

Great stray. Friendly staff. Room was spacious enough for us. Across the way from the famous park which was a great running spot.

Muy bien ubicado, en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El rooftop muy bonito con una linda vista. El personal muy atento y colaborativo en todo lo que se les solicita.
