I liked that it was close to shopping areas! What I didn't like was the hot tub in the water park was broken so I didn't get to enjoy that but my kids had a blast at the water park! Also didn't like that you had to go outside after done swimming and wet only to be cold when we were wet! Our door didn't seal on the fridge and under furniture and behind furniture was very dusty! The handle fell apart on the bath tub and we found a pillow case that was left in the pull out couch and select objects were found left there by other guests! I would not recommend to go here and I don't think I will ever return!

The water park was closed!! When I booked it they said it was open so I'm very unhappy!! It said it's beach side and it's not!! Just about everything on there website is totally untrue I want my money back!!!

Disgusting!!!! Rooms smelled like a combination of Mold and sweaty socks., with wallpaper bubbling and peeling, dirt buildup in window sills, and stains on carpet (1 spot looked like blood). The joke of a "indoor water park" was disgusting as well, with several beer cans lying around at 5pm. We checked in, went to our room and came back to the office (which had boxes stacked all over and appeared under construction) and asked for a refund.... front desk told me that they could not do that because it was past the cancelation period...... WE HAD JUST GOTTEN TO THE HOTEL 5 MINUTES BEFORE!!!! Not my fault your hotel is a disgusting pig sty!!!! We Went to the Hamilton, acrossed the street for an awesome experience and a clean hotel!!!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THE CROWN TRASH DUMP!!!!!

Great location. Things I seen on the sight… pics etc. Had me thinking that, a jacuzzi and indoor pool were on property, You have to drive across the street to a different hotel to use the amenities. My room was clean , and I recommend Dixie saloon, and Clyde’s # Carp Lake

Very unprofessional to put it nicely. I regreted getting the hotel the moment i booked it i read reviews adter booking it. Wont make that mistake again. When i got to the hotel to check in the lady at the counter brushed me off to the gentleman next to her he had had said im going to need two rooms this one is dirty, then checks me in sends me to the room. It was dirty, the smell coming from the room was awful. Already off to a bad start, we call down to the loby to let them know. Not much help there. Then we go to the loby they find us another room we go up to it and low and behold that ones durty to. I told them i wanted my money back after the first time. Now we lug our 3 kids and luggage back down to the lobby, by the second time the two people at the counter were literally screaming at eachother, hotel layout isnt very convenient considering you have to go outside in 30 degree weather, the layout of the hotel sucks. Anyway almost an hour later, after their already late 5pm check in, its now 6pm. We finally get a clean room. We have to put on our own pillowcases, one of the pillows had blood stains on it. Black mold in the room, no batteries in the smoke detector, 1 remote with no batteries. Be were on a patio room by then so had to go outside to get to the pool. Now the only good thing about the pool was the room was warm, the water had to much chlorine, out made your eyes burn, you couldn't see through the water very foggy, black mold everywhere. Just awful

Inside the hotel there were towels just laying around on the floor all over the hotel and down near the pool there was some balls and rock just laying about that if left unsupervised kids could get hurt. I have stayed here before and know that it is a good property to stay at. Just wish it was cleaned up a little bit more.

The power was out they kept saying it would come back on but it never did. It was cold so ended up leaving n going home my kids didn't get to use the water park they were very disappointed. Yes I know its not there fault the power went out but they did nothing to help make up for the disappointing night we had.

Check-in was not available until 5 PM. Staff was not very courteous, and waterpark was Open to Day passes. Very crowded, I did not see anyone monitoring the waterpark. We did see one child actually soil his pants with feces running into the pool. When I brought it to management attention, they refused to refund money, and I did not see any follow up.

Ended up having 2 kids get sick on the trip up running 102 fever. Get to the hotel and let them know and they didn't care. We ended up just eating the reservation not to get other sick. Hotels.com even tried to contact them and explained the situation and they still didn't care. Get home both tested positive for COVID. I guess I did the right thing unlike the hotel!

My kids had a decent time at the water park, which was our reason for staying here. The room was musty and the beds were super uncomfortable. No breakfast, which was listed at booking. The front porch “balcony” area was full of leaves and had some cigarette butts.

Drive 5 hours to take grandkids to the waterpark got there Friday for two nights for 1000 dollars for 3rooms and they forgot to turn heaters on in the pools and hot tub . Couldn’t even use the water park it was ICE COLD . My daughter also got locked inside of her room and could not get out. They were unapologetic and offered no comps . There were also no lights on in the stairwells to the water park had to use flashlights on cellphones

The water park was the only thing we really enjoyed about the stay but even then the pools were dirty. A lot of it looked like it’s been under some type of construction and apparently it’s been like that for at least a year. The paint was peeling off the walls in our room. The lights stopped working in the room and hallways. Really dusty and had a really bad chlorine smell even in our 4th floor room. Carpet was ripped up, handles missing from drawers. The place really needs to be updated and cleaned. The lady at the front desk was ok, nice at times but then snippy when I’d ask a question. There was a breakfast room but no breakfast was served. Chairs stacked up and everything g covered in dust. Just coffee in the lobby. The arcade half the games just ate our coins. Never staying here again.

Got a room with a broken latch on the balcony door that wouldn't stay shut, as well as a busted out screen just hanging off the frame. I'm traveling with my small children and that's not safe at all. Staff didn't take it seriously at all, eventually sent me to a different room through an unfinished renovation area behind DO NOT ENTER tape. And the new room had a floor level window that ALSO had broken latches and would not stay closed. The whole place was busted and run down and unsafe, and I left without staying. I explained all of this to the hotel and Expedia, and the hotel staff lied to Expedia and are charging me for the full stay.

The waterpark includes the indoor pool so we couldn't swim until 2:00 pm; our grandkids were super unhappy about that. Breakfast is also no longer included. We will choose to stay at a different hotel next time we are in town.
