“The hotel was very nice. The pool was Located overlooking the beach which was fun. The room we had was perfect for us. Very clean with a great balcony. The only cons was the fact no one texted us when our room was ready even after we checked on it hourly. They also chose that day to steam clean every piece of fuinnthe hotel so you couldn’t sit anywhere while we wqired”

“Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. The manager, Dom, was extremely helpful even though I started off being rude after dealing with the incompetence of Expedia. Word to the wise, the protection plan doesn’t protect anything, it’s a waste of money. My flight changed from 1700 arrival to 0100 the next day. I was meeting my kids who drove to the at the hotel……
