She was kind, patient, and got us all checked in very fast, which allowed us to get settled in and get to work quickly. Thanks to Anna making us feel so welcome, we will definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Stay at Rm 328 for 3 nights for my son's BMT graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. Thanks for the generous free upgrade to an extremely spacious suite for 3 1. (The airmen stayed for the day and we had to drop him off at the base in the late afternoon.) Lovely and thank you again. Likes - Cold drinking water at lobby 24/7 and hot water and coffee during the day I think. Nice beds (Not the sagging mattress.) Clean room and clean hotel overall. Close to downtown attractions, and easy driving to Lackland AFB. The breakfast was nice, have all items that were found in most hotels. The dining area was clean, neatly organized and spacious. Less-like - A light odor in the room when entered, but it went away after a while. The faucet was not functioning smoothly but not a big deal. We were not too harsh on facilities on the whole, as long as they were clean and usable, good enough. BTW, we always like the Best Western Hotel chain(s). Thank you again. "

"We picked this hotel because of the proximity to SeaWorld, but my husband kept commenting what a nice hotel I'd chosen. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the coffee and bar drinks were great. "

"Loved the breakfast!!! It was definitely clean and comfy. Didn’t like the parking situation. There was a lot of cars just parked in front of the building and the other way to get on the property was blocked by a gate."
