"The weather didn't cooperate which of course was not the property's fault. The bed was not very comfortable for me, a bit too firm, so it was tough for me to sleep well. Other than that, it was a great place with good people. We had an amazing trip and this beautiful property was warm & cozy."

"My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old lab. Our daughter, who is in Grad school was able to come and visit with a friend. Great place to sit around the fire pit and play music together. The second night it rained and we gathered in the living room. It was wonderful to have a fenced in yard for the dog and to be able to play together! The home is old, but has charm. "We are from Greeley and just came up for the night. We went downtown Estes for dinner then came back to the room. We sat in the hot tub under a completely clear sky! We could see every star! The sound of the river is very calming. We did contact the owner. He got back to us in a matter of minutes! Very easy process and a great night away. We will be back!"

"Our cabins was so nice, very clean, stacked with all the kitchen, bathroom necessities we needed. The rooms were all so clean and having that wonderful hot tub right on our deck was wonderful. It was so clean and temperature was perfect. All the coded to enter the cabin and hot tub worked, not problems there. "It was a beautiful property, exactly as listed and for a fair price. Loved that it was close to town, but far enough away that it was more quiet and peaceful. We also got to wake up to elk just outside the back door area. The living room area was perfect to relax and watch TV while recouping from the days activities. My only con was that the counters were a little sticky when we arrived, but they were easy enough to wipe up with all the supplies available. Overall 5 stars, would definitely...
